How do you achieve mindfulness and find true freedom in a world filled with daily distractions?  Teacher and practitioner George Kinder will discuss the importance of drawing out “the present moment” from the greater concepts of time and space.  Mr. Kinder is the founder of the Kinder Institute in northern Massachusetts and has practiced mindfulness and meditation for over fifty years.
