Instructor, Damien Germino, guides participants through yoga poses and breathing techniques that will attempt to relieve stress while you stretch.

There are neck, balancing, twists, and hip opener poses in a gentle repetitive weekly hatha sequence. There will be inhalation and exhalation exercises, along with  restorative movements.

Grab a pillow or your mat and an open space to move and lie down.
